If you are a Google Chrome user then probably you may have used its “Reopen Closed Tab” option. It allows you to quickly reopen any closed tab within a single-click. Even i personally use this Chrome’s features frequently on my computer.
In a Chrome update, Google has moved this option a little. Many of its users may be thinking that Google has removed the option of “Reopen closed tab”.
But you can not reopen closed tab in incognito mode of Chrome. As soon as you closes the tab, it forgets it completely.
Where’s The “Reopen Closed Tab” Option in Chrome?
To locate the “Reopen Closed Tab” option, right-click on the empty area in the tab bar. Now you will see the “Reopen closed tab” option. By clicking on it, you can open the recently closed tab.
You can reopen as many tab which you have closed recently. All you need is to repeat same process.
Previously, the “Reopen closed tab” was available in options of right-click on the tab. That option is no longer available in tab right-click context menu.
Reopen Closed Tab With A Keyboard Shortcut
You can also reopen closed tab with a keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+Shift+T. This keyboard shortcut does the same work as of clicking on the “Reopen closed tab” option.
Just press the shortcut keys repeatedly to open recently closed tabs in the order which they are closed.
There is another way to reopen recently closed tabs. All you need is to click on Chrome’s menu and point to history. Now you will be able see a list of recently closed windows and tabs. Click on the one which you want to open.
